Anna Jinjolava

Ms. Anna Jinjolava practices law in New York and is based in New York City and Westchester. She is an internationally trained lawyer with expertise in corporate, transactional and international commercial law. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Jinjolava worked as a special legal counsel to Georgian companies advising them on restructuring, financial activities, fraud prevention and compliance within European and U.S. legal framework. She lived in Germany, Georgia, Russia, Japan and the U.S., and has a deep understanding of different legal systems and nuances of working with international clients and business associates. She has successfully represented clients in cross-border transactions and has advised them throughout commercial and litigation processes, including trial and the appellate courts.
Ms. Jinjolava is fluent in English, German, Russian and Georgian and has a unique legal research experience in comparative law.
Ms. Jinjolava is actively involved in pro bono activities, having worked at the New York Supreme Court to advise consumers with their bankruptcy proceedings, and has successfully negotiated debt restructuring agreements on their behalf. Ms. Jinjolava advises low income families in New York area on family and immigration law matters, assists them at court hearings, and helps in filing motions.
Currently litigating multimillion-dollar art transactions and appeals, she has still found time to raise beautiful family and engage in outdoor activities.
